The Milford Spartans (Milford, NH) volleyball held off the visiting Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH), 3-2 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Manchester West for a Division II bout on Friday, October 24. Milford will clash with a Blue Knights team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Manchester Central (Manchester, NH). The Blue Knights record now stands at 3-12.
With the loss, Souhegan drops to 10-6 on the year. The Sabers travel to Winnisquam (Tilton, NH) to battle the Bears in a Division II match on Friday, October 24. The Bears enter the match with a record of 7-7.
