Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) and the visiting Milford Spartans (Milford, NH), observed Souhegan's volleyball team top Milford by a count of 3-0.

The Sabers (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Winnisquam (Tilton, NH). The Bears enter the Division II contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Winnisquam notched a victory over Kennett (Conway, NH), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Spartans battle the Manchester West Blue Knights (Manchester, NH) in a Division II contest, on Friday, October 25. Milford will attempt to move on its 13-2 season record. The Blue Knights enter the contest with a 4-10 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Manchester Central (Manchester, NH).
