The Giles Spartans topped the visiting Grayson County Blue Devils volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's league test.

The Spartans now have a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Auburn for a Mountain Empire test on Wednesday, October 26. Giles will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-7.

The Blue Devils (9-11) will now prepare for their test against Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA). The Bears enter the Mountain Empire test with a 16-6 record. In their last test, Bland County was knocked off by Auburn (Riner, VA), 3-0, in a league test.
