The Farmington Scorpions volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Piedra Vista Panthers to 0 in the Scorpions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Scorpions now have a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandia for a non-league game on Saturday, October 28. Farmington will meet a Matadors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors record now stands at 11-5.

The Panthers (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Eldorado dropped by La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
