The Farmington Scorpions topped the host Piedra Vista Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Scorpions now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rio Rancho for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. Farmington will confront a Rams team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Rams record now stands at 2-4.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars enter the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Capital was knocked off by Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
