The Laughlin Cougars volleyball team (Laughlin, NV), went down 2-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Lake Mead Academy Eagles (Henderson, NV)

The Eagles (16-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Laughlin (Laughlin, NV). The Cougars enter the 2A Southern challenge with a 2-12 record. In their last challenge, Laughlin defeated Adelson (Las Vegas, NV), 2-1, in a league outing.

The Cougars now sport a 2-14 record. They play next when they host Lake Mead Academy for a 2A Southern outing on Tuesday, October 24. Laughlin will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Needles (Needles, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 14-3.
