The West Mesa Mustangs topped the visiting Farmington Scorpions volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedra Vista for a non-league contest on Saturday, October 29. West Mesa will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Farmington moves to 13-21 on the year. The Scorpions host Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 29. The Golden Eagles go into the contest with a record of 4-9. Eldorado lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM)
