The James River Midlothian Rapids volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Manchester Lancers to 1 in the Rapids league victory on Tuesday.

The Rapids now possess a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midlothian for a Dominion game on Thursday, October 27. James River Midlothian will meet a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 league win over Huguenot (Richmond, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 19-0.

The Lancers (9-10) will now prepare for their game against L.C. Bird (Chesterfield, VA). The Skyhawks enter the Dominion game with a 6-13 record. In their last game, L.C. Bird was dropped by Powhatan (Powhatan, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
