The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lufkin Panthers (Lufkin, TX) and the host Nacogdoches Dragons (Nacogdoches, TX), saw Lufkin's volleyball squad beat Nacogdoches by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Lufkin upgrades its record to 37-13 on the year. The Panthers travel to Beckville (Beckville, TX) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Friday, October 28. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 31-10. Beckville won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Union Grove (Gladewater, TX)

The Dragons now own a 2-16 record.
