In Saturday's non-league match, the Blue Valley Tigers (Stilwell, KS) volleyball squad tipped the host Shawnee Mission Northwest Cougars (Shawnee Mission, KS), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Blue Valley West Jaguars (Stilwell, KS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 25. Blue Valley will attempt to better on its 16-17 season record. The Jaguars come into the bout with a 28-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Olathe Northwest (Olathe, KS).
