Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals (Blue Island, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bloom improves its record to 9-24 on the season. The Blazing Trojan travel to Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL) to face the Mighty Macs in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 29. The Mighty Macs go into the test with a record of 30-4. Mother McAuley won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Lyons (LaGrange, IL)
The Cardinals now own a 2-21 record.
