The Schley County Wildcats triumphed over the host Upson-Lee Knights softball team by a tally of 16-8 in Monday's non-league outing.
Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Marion County Eagles (Buena Vista, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 6 outing, on Tuesday, October 4. Schley County will attempt to upgrade on its 15-8 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 15-8 record after their 22-0 league win over Webster County (Preston, GA).
The Knights (4-20) will now prepare for their outing against McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA). The Chiefs enter the non-league outing with a 9-14 record. In their last outing, McIntosh ran past Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA), 9-6, in a non-league outing.
