Texas High School Volleyball - Lamar edged by Haltom

The Haltom Buffalos held off the visiting Lamar Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Buffalos now have a 17-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arlington for a 6A Region I District 8 test on Friday, October 6. Haltom will confront a Colts team coming off a 3-0 league win over Sam Houston (Arlington, TX). The Colts record now stands at 16-17.

The Vikings (14-21) will now prepare for their test against Martin (Arlington, TX). The Warriors enter the 6A Region I District 8 test with a 17-12 record. In their last test, Martin held off South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX), 3-0, in a league test.
