Texas High School Volleyball - Lamar over Haltom

Lamar Vikings (Arlington, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Haltom Buffalos (Haltom City, TX), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Martin Warriors (Arlington, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 match, on Tuesday, September 12. Lamar will attempt to advance on its 10-18 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 10-12 record after their 3-0 league win over South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX).

With the loss, Haltom drops to 12-7 on the campaign. The Buffalos host Arlington (Arlington, TX) to clash with the Colts in a 6A Region I District 8 match on Tuesday, September 12.
