The Wildcats (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV). The Red Devils enter the Freelance battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Ravenswood by Ripley (Ripley, WV), 5-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Vikings battle the Shady Spring Tigers (Shady Spring, WV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 5. Ripley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 5-5 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV).
