The Sequatchie County Indians edged the visiting Watertown Purple Tigers football team by a score of 35-28 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Community Vikings/Viqueens (Unionville, TN) in a 3A Region 4 challenge, on Friday, October 17. Sequatchie County will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.

With the defeat, Watertown drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Purple tigers travel to Cascade (Wartrace, TN) to face the Champions in a 3A Region 4 game on Friday, October 17. The Champions enter the game with a record of 3-3.
