The Weimar Wildcats volleyball squad scored 3 points and held the host Schulenburg Shorthorns to 1 in the Wildcats league win on Friday.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Ganado Indians (Ganado, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 27 game, on Friday, October 10. Weimar will attempt to advance on its 18-10 season record.

The Shorthorns (25-13) will now prepare for their game against Flatonia (Flatonia, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region IV District 27 outing with a 18-19 record. In their last outing, Flatonia defeated Louise (Louise, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
