In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Cheboygan Chiefs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Charlevoix Rayders.
The Chiefs (27-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Sault Area (Sault St. Marie, MI). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 10-15 record. In their last game, Sault Area went down by Traverse City West (Traverse City, MI), 3-0, in a non-league game.
The Rayders (13-17) will now prepare for their game against East Jordan (East Jordan, MI). The Red Devils go into the non-league game with a 5-12 record.
