The Grosse Ile Red Devils volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Taylor Griffins to 0 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Red Devils now have a 16-13 record. They play next when they travel to Robichaud for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 4. Grosse Ile will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over River Rouge (River Rouge, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Taylor drops to 4-18 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI) to confront the Bears in a Downriver game on Monday, November 3. The Bears go into the game with a record of 9-21. Roosevelt won 3-2 in their recent league game against Anderson (Southgate, MI)
