The Montgomery Central Timberwolves volleyball team (Troy, NC), went down 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC)

The Panthers (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 16-2 record. In their last challenge, Oak Grove defeated North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Timberwolves encounter the Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Montgomery Central will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Trinity (Trinity, NC).
