The Montgomery Central Timberwolves volleyball team (Troy, NC), went down 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC)

The Panthers (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Dragons come into the non-league challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, West Davidson defeated South Davidson (Denton, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Timberwolves encounter the North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Montgomery Central will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC).
