Illinois High School Volleyball - Marengo over Johnsburg

In Wednesday's league contest, the Marengo Indians (Marengo, IL) volleyball squad were winner over the host Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Indians battle the Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) in a Kishwaukee River contest, on Wednesday, October 11. Marengo will attempt to better on its 14-12 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 2-19 record after their 2-0 league loss to Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL).

With the loss, Johnsburg moves to 14-10 on the year. The Skyhawks travel to Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league contest on Friday, October 6. The Tigers go into the contest with a record of 15-11. Crystal Lake Central lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL)
