Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) in a 5A District 5 challenge, on Saturday, October 8. Albuquerque will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Demons enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 10-0 league win over Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM).

The Tigers now have a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they host Manzano for a 5A District 5 challenge on Saturday, October 8. Los Lunas will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 4-3 league win over Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Monarchs record now stands at 7-7.
