In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting North Pocono Trojans soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns.
The Trojans (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Comets come into the Lackawanna - Division I battle with a 10-0 record. In their last battle, Abington Heights nudged Honesdale (Honesdale, PA), 6-0, in a league battle.
The Buckhorns (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Honesdale (Honesdale, PA). The Hornets come into the Lackawanna - Division I battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Honesdale nudged Scranton (Scranton, PA), 5-3, in a league battle.
