The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) and the visiting Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns (Hawley, PA), saw North Pocono's soccer squad knock off Wallenpaupack Area by a count of 3-1.

The Trojans now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Abington Heights for a Lackawanna - Division I test on Monday, September 12. North Pocono will meet a Comets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Valley View (Archbald, PA). The Comets record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Wallenpaupack Area drops to 3-1 on the season. The Buckhorns host Honesdale (Honesdale, PA) to meet the Hornets in a Lackawanna - Division I test on Monday, September 12. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 2-3. Honesdale lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Scranton (Scranton, PA)
