In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Lancaster Bruins volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Chester Cyclones.
The Bruins (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Warriors come into the AAAA Region 3 battle with a 7-15 record. In their last battle, Indian Land went down by Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Cyclones encounter the Clinton Red Devils (Clinton, SC) in a AAA Region 4 battle, on Thursday, October 6. Chester will attempt to move on its 4-13 season record. The Red Devils come into the battle with a 11-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Woodruff (Woodruff, SC).
