Next up, the Knights battle the Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 10. James River will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Gladiators come into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA).

With the loss, Carroll County drops to 0-10 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Floyd County (Floyd, VA) to battle the Buffaloes in a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 10. The Buffaloes come into the contest with a record of 7-7.
