The Horizon Christian Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Catlin Gabel Eagles to 0 in the Hawks league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now have a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scio for a non-league game on Saturday, October 7. Horizon Christian will meet a Loggers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Jefferson (Jefferson, OR). The Loggers record now stands at 9-5.
The Eagles (12-9) will now prepare for their game against Seaside (Seaside, OR). The Seagulls enter the non-league game with a 1-10 record. In their last game, Seaside dropped by St. Helens (St. Helens, OR), 3-1, in a league game.
