The Gaston Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Hokes Bluff Eagles to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now have a 5-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jacksonville Christian Academy for a non-league game on Monday, October 9. Gaston will meet a Thunder team coming off a 25-8 non-league loss to Donoho (Anniston, AL). The Thunder record now stands at 3-14.
The Eagles (2-18) will now prepare for their game against Southside (Gadsden, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 15-16 record.
