Maine High School Volleyball - Gray-New Gloucester can't hold off Lake Region

In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Lake Region Lakers volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots.
The Lakers (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rangers come into the Class B battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Greely nudged Wells (Wells, ME), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Patriots clash with the Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME) in a Class B battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Gray-New Gloucester will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Clippers come into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 3-2 league win over York (York, ME).
