In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Marshfield Bluejays softball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Battle Spartans.

The Bluejays (18-5) will now prepare for their match against Logan-Rogersville (Rogersville, MO). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 7-14 record. In their last match, Logan-Rogersville gained a win over Aurora (Aurora, MO), 24-15, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Sherwood Marksmen (Creighton, MO) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 5. Battle will attempt to better on its 10-20 season record. The Marksmen go into the match with a 5-13 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO).
