In Saturday's non-league test, the Lee's Summit North Broncos (Lee's Summit, MO) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Park Hill South Panthers (Riverside, MO), by a tally of 6-1.

Next, the Broncos meet the Liberty North Eagles (Liberty, MO) in a non-league test, on Monday, October 7. Lee's Summit North will attempt to advance on its 9-20 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 16-5 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Blue Springs (Blue Springs, MO).

The Panthers (9-16) will now prepare for their test against Central (St. Joseph, MO). The Indians go into the Class 4 District 16 test with a 8-14 record. In their last test, Central was routed by Rock Bridge (Columbia, MO), 17-4, in a non-league test.
