The North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, North Davidson upgrades its record to 15-5 on the year. The Black Knights host Central Davidson (Lexington, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 11. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 11-9.
The Blue Comets now own a 2-15 record. They play next when they host Providence Grove for a non-league outing on Monday, October 10. Asheboro will play a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Randleman (Randleman, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 14-5.
