The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) and the host Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC), saw North Davidson's volleyball squad beat Asheboro by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, North Davidson upgrades its record to 10-4 on the year. The Black Knights travel to Central Davidson (Lexington, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 22. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 7-6.
The Blue Comets now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Ledford for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 22. Asheboro will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 9-2.
