The Marion County Eagles softball team scored 22 runs and limited the host Manchester Blue Devils to 5 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Marion County improves its record to 17-8 on the year. The Eagles host Lee County (Leesburg, GA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league game on Tuesday, October 11. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 9-18. Lee County lost 8-7 in their recent league game against Tift County (Tifton, GA)
