Nebraska High School Volleyball - David City tips Sutton

The David City Scouts (David City, NE) volleyball nudged the host Sutton Mustangs (Sutton, NE), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, David City betters its record to 10-8 on the year. The Scouts host Heartland (Henderson, NE) to face the Huskies in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 11. The Huskies go into the outing with a record of 13-12. Heartland won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Friend (Friend, NE)

The Mustangs now sport a 17-4 record. They play next when they host Fairbury for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 6. Sutton will face a Jeffs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Southern (Wymore, NE). The Jeffs record now stands at 12-9.
