With the win, Gretna upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Hawks travel to Altavista (Altavista, VA) to clash with the Colonels in a Dogwood battle on Tuesday, October 11. The Colonels come into the battle with a record of 5-5. Altavista lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA)

Next, the Generals clash with the Altavista Colonels (Altavista, VA) in a Dogwood battle, on Thursday, October 13. William Campbell will attempt to advance on its 0-11 season record.
