Texas High School Volleyball - Aledo over Granbury

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) and the host Granbury Pirates (Granbury, TX), saw Aledo's volleyball squad beat Granbury by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Aledo upgrades its record to 26-8 on the year. The Bearcats host Azle (Azle, TX) to play the Hornets in a 5A Region I District 5 bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 15-23. Azle won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Rider (Wichita Falls, TX)

The Pirates now own a 15-21 record. They play next when they host Brewer for a 5A Region I District 5 bout on Friday, October 13.
