Texas High School Volleyball - Aledo over Granbury

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) and the visiting Granbury Pirates (Granbury, TX), saw Aledo's volleyball squad beat Granbury by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Aledo upgrades its record to 20-8 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Azle (Azle, TX) to play the Hornets in a 5A Region I District 5 bout on Friday, September 15. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 13-19. Azle won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Rider (Wichita Falls, TX)

The Pirates now own a 10-20 record. They play next when they travel to Brewer for a 5A Region I District 5 bout on Tuesday, September 19.
