The Mustangs now possess a 16-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nimitz for a 6A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, October 10. Pearce will meet a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Highland Park (Dallas, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 12-15.

The Cardinals (4-12) will now prepare for their game against Berkner (Richardson, TX). The Rams enter the 6A Region I District 7 game with a 10-22 record. In their last game, Berkner defeated Irving (Irving, TX), 3-2, in a league game.
