California High School Flag Football - St. Francis gets by Salinas

The St. Francis Sharks got by the host Salinas Cowboys flag football team by a score of 20-19 in Monday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Sharks play the Alisal Trojans (Salinas, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 8. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 17-3 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 21-0 league loss to Hollister (Hollister, CA).

The Cowboys (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Watsonville (Watsonville, CA). The Wildcatz go into the test with a 5-10 record. In their last challenge, Watsonville was edged by Palma (Salinas, CA), 39-13, in a league challenge.
