Connecticut High School Volleyball - Coginchaug Regional bounced by North Branford

The Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils volleyball squad (Durham, CT), dropped 3-0 in Monday's league battle with the host North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT)

With the win, North Branford moves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Thunderbirds travel to Portland (Portland, CT) to battle the Highlanders in a Shoreline contest on Thursday, October 9. The Highlanders enter the contest with a record of 1-13. Portland lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Valley Regional (Deep River, CT)

Next, the Blue Devils battle the Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT) in a Shoreline battle, on Wednesday, October 8. Coginchaug Regional will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 0-14 record after their 3-2 league loss to Morgan (Clinton, CT).
