The Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles held off the visiting Spearfish Spartans soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mitchell for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 10. Aberdeen Central will encounter a Kernels squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Riggs (Pierre, SD). The Kernels record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Spearfish drops to 10-4 on the season.
