The Wilmington Greyhounds nipped the visiting Grove City Eagles soccer squad by a margin of 4-3 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Greyhounds now hold a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Slippery Rock for a District 10 Region 2 contest on Thursday, October 9. Wilmington will battle a Rockets team coming off a 9-0 league win over Sharon (Sharon, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 6-7.

The Eagles (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Rockets enter the District 10 Region 2 contest with a 6-8 record.
