The Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA) soccer nipped the host Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA), 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Greyhounds now hold a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Slippery Rock for a District 10 Region 2 challenge on Wednesday, September 24. Wilmington will battle a Rockets squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Sharon (Sharon, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 5-4.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Greenville Trojans (Greenville, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 battle, on Thursday, September 25. Grove City will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 4-0 league win over Hickory (Hermitage, PA).
