North Carolina High School Volleyball - Western Harnett can't get by West Johnston

The West Johnston Wildcats nudged the host Western Harnett Eagles volleyball team by a tally of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats now have a 14-7 record. They play next when they host South Johnston for a outing on Thursday, October 9. West Johnston will play a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league win over Triton (Erwin, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 16-1.
With the loss, Western Harnett drops to 7-10 on the campaign. The Eagles host Union Pines (Cameron, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 9. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 15-5. Union Pines won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Lee County (Sanford, NC)
