The Taos Tigers triumphed over the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes soccer squad by a margin of 11-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Tigers now hold a 11-0 record. They play next when they travel to Los Alamos for a 4A District 2 bout on Thursday, October 9. Taos will encounter a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Pojoaque Valley moves to 0-15 on the year. The Elks/elkettes host Moriarty (Moriarty, NM) to encounter the Pintos in a 4A District 2 contest on Thursday, October 9. The Pintos enter the contest with a record of 3-12. Moriarty lost 5-1 in their recent league contest against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM)
