In Tuesday's league match, the Alice Coyotes (Alice, TX) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Corpus Christi Moody Trojans (Corpus Christi, TX), by a count of 3-2.
Coming up next, the Coyotes clash with the Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 29 bout, on Friday, October 10. Alice will attempt to better on its 10-17 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 33-7 record after their 3-2 league win over Gregory-Portland (Portland, TX).
The Trojans (6-18) will now prepare for their match against Miller (Corpus Christi, TX). The Buccaneers enter the 5A Region IV District 29 match with a 7-17 record.
