The Goochland Bulldogs were victorious over the host Charlottesville Black Knights volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Bulldogs now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they host James Monroe for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 8. Goochland will play a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to King George (King George, VA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 2-11.

With the loss, Charlottesville drops to 4-13 on the campaign. The Black knights host Orange County (Orange, VA) to play the Fighting Hornets in a Jefferson outing on Wednesday, October 15. The Fighting Hornets come into the outing with a record of 0-16. Orange County lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA)
