In Tuesday's league match, the Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Golden Hawks confront the Felton Grove Galaxy (Apex, NC) in a Triangle Six 6A/7A match, on Thursday, October 9. Holly Springs will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Galaxy enter the match with a 5-14 record after their 3-2 league win over Cary (Cary, NC).
